Prepare a tumbler with lashings of ice. Add a large measure of old fashioned lemonade until almost full. Pouring over the back of a spoon, slowly tipple in a generous shot of non-alcoholic grenadine and allow to settle at the bottom of the glass. Garnish with a swirl of lime rind for contrasting colours and a glace cherry - for the fun of fishing it out at the end!

The most refreshing martini which the Love Brand team love on a hot evening in a harbour bar. Enjoy ice cold and wear the suitably coordinating LOVE BRAND Apple Green Trunks for Trunks. Add 3 thick slices of peeled cucumber and a small bunch of mint to a cocktail shaker; Include two lime segments and a spoonful of agave nectar followed by your choice of vodka to taste, a gernerous amount of cubed ice and shake well. Using a stainer, pour the liquid into a chilled martini glass, garnish with a slice of cucumber, a mint leaf and a thin lemongrass coctail stirrer.

Carol Stevenson is an Asian Elephant photographer. She captures ethereal pictures of the elephants in the wild as well as posed portraits of them and their mahouts, using hotel bedsheets sewn together and supported by a tree as a backdrop. Carol uses her talent to support the Golden Triangle Asian Elephant Foundation or GTAEF as a non profit organisation.
